EVERYTHING ABOUT LAND

FYI I live in a raised ranch, the stove is in the basement, non-insulated block wall, the upstairs is about 1200sqft sorta open up floor prepare, basement space is about 500 -600 sqft. I in the position to hold the upstairs livingroom about 70deg when its about 10deg outdoors, of course the basement is much hotter.I suspect its mostly a neighborhoo
